How does the bot join my meeting?
It joins from our servers like a normal participant, using the meeting link you paste. If the host has a waiting room, the bot waits to be admitted — just let it in like anyone else.
What if my meeting is already running?
Choose “Deploy right now” when creating the meeting — no date or time needed. The bot connects within moments.
Which platforms are supported?
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams links are supported today.
Do meeting participants know it's there?
Yes — the bot appears in the participant list under a name you choose (e.g. “Mitaxy Notetaker”), so everyone knows the call is being recorded.
Can I share the notes with people who don't have an account?
Yes. Every completed meeting has a share option: anyone-with-the-link, or restricted to specific email addresses — each invitee gets a personal access link.
What happens if nobody admits the bot?
The bot waits patiently in the lobby. If it's never admitted, the meeting is marked failed with a clear explanation — you'll see exactly what happened on the dashboard.
